First, I apologize for my rude words after my account was suspended by you without a correct excuse, even after I explained; still nobody ever gave me a correct reason. As you know, I only opened sell account for about 30days, sold 11 items, none complaint but I got two excellent feedback, I made money for your Amazon, I obeyed your rule. So I am very upset that you used a wrong accuse to block my account. All my funds are still in your Amazon for months.
I, as a resident in united state; fully response to any legal action by me, my wife has her legal right. However, as a promise, once she is active in Amazon sell, I would not sell anything in Amazon. But it Does Not mean you have right to suspend my personal account.
I am seriously writing this letter to ask you to re-consider your wrong doing; I got many small seller messages that you Amazon Seller Performance Team discriminate small seller to protect big sellers. And I believe I have been discriminated by your team.
No matter how big you are, what rules you made, Amazon in USA needs to obey the laws of united state, You cannot discriminated anybody in united state.
If I still do not receive a right explanation or reaction by your Seller Performance Team next Monday, I will go to my local court to sue you. I was laid off, I made some money by selling in Amazon, you blocked my account without a right reason, made me a big loss, and what else can I lose by suing your wrong doing? I truly believe that many attorneys are very happy to hear my story and try to make some money from your company by a law suit.
