I am selling some textbooks on half.com. One person bought 3 copies of the same textbook. He had sent me multiple emails saying the books are not brand new. However, the books were in all in shrink wrap, and they were not tampered. He admitted the books were in shrink wrap, but he says they are just not brand new. He asks for partial refund.
I looked at this person’s profile. He had left about 15 negative feedbacks for different sellers.
Should I just ignore him? I don’t know what to say to this person. If the book is not in shrink wrap, one could always say the book was somewhat used. But those are in shrink wrap, never even opened. Thanks so much for your responses.
