Just thought we may fix the shower leaking issue, and get ready to repair the cracked ceiling on the first floor.  This morning tenant emailed and said the ceiling is leaking water again.  This confirms my doubt as to why the shower plate needs to be sealed to prevent leaking.  So seems like the cause for leaking is something else.

 

What frustrated me is that it does not have any issue in the last 2.5 years.  The only change is this new tenant changed the shower head after he moved in.   And it is on and off.  At one time, he said it is not leaked any more, at another time he said it leaked again.

 

Please help with any ideas !!!  Thanks !!!

他换head时有没有动shower head arm？

yes, I guess he did. what can be wrong?

还真有可能是这个原因啊，建议把那个拧下来，重新用那种tape裹上再拧回去
