Would really appreciate information on Russia-based Chinese-speaking tour guide.

My family (5 adults, 2 kids of 3 and 6yr of age) including my parents, my brother are going to Moscow and St. Peter*****urg on 9/1 (arriving in Moscow on 9/2)-9/9. My parents also speak English, but they would really enjoy more if we can have a Chinese-speaking tour guide. They had good memory from their European tour a few years ago with a Chinese travel agency.

We plan to stay in Moscow on 9/2-4. Leaving 9/4 night by overnight train to St. Pete to save the time. And stay in St. Pete for 9/4-9/8. The night of 9/8 we will have to get back to Moscow, because the flight back is at noon on 9/9. I would like to hear if you have suggestions that we should spend more time in Moscow.

The US-based Chinese agency only offers a 5-day (1 full day in Moscow, 2 in St. Pete, and two days flying in and out) trip. So we decide to book our own. But given Russia's rich culture and history, we could really benefit from a good tour guide.

We tried the Chinese travel agencies in China that offer trips to Russia. But they all say logistically it's not doable for us to come from US and join them there.

At this point, we are open to have two separate guides in the two cities, or even have Chinese students of Russian history, culture, arts if they have the time, and are very familiar with these topics.

Another thing I am hoping to get some information on is the restaurants and social scene. As a large family, I think we need a mix of Russian specialty, some American style fast food, and some Chinese. It would be great if I can call you and ask the questions on the phone.

We have been looking forward to this trip for a while, to get everyone together. 谢谢!
