两周前交出申请表NIW I-140 to Texas Center..目前持TN-1签证(北美自由贸易签证). 昨天受到信要求补交ETA-750表和外国学位评估.
问题1:申请NIW不就是要求免劳工表吗?怎么现在又要交呢? ETA-750是单位填的,单位可能不给填吧.
问题: 我以为加拿大(Ph.D. from University of Toronto)的学位与美国同等,怎么也要求作评估呢? 各位大侠有无友善,快速的评估网点介绍?
