I am in F status, and want to change to H1B, however, I have not got a job. On
e of my friend (who is US citizen) told me that he can register a company. I w
onder any requirement for his company to apply H1B for me?
we do plan to do some business together under the company, the revenue can be
$300K per year, and can I be the only employee in his company?
any suggestion will be appreciated.
