I filed NIW I-140 and I-485 last year (2004), concurrently but two months apart (June/August). I got I-140 approval last month (June 05).
My I-485 LUD still shows fingerprint results received, which was updated back in April this year after I did finger print. There was no LUD date change since then.
I was wondering, normally should they update my I-485 after my I-140 approval? Should I send back a copy of my I-140 approval to remind them that my I-140 was approved?
