I find a $2,000 hidden fee inside my laywer's agreement. Thus, the total fee for my NIW reaches up to $7,000. It should be OK for me despite it is more than 1/4 of my annual income (I am a postdoc). I also understand that the lawyer needs to invest some money in newspaper and internet. The problem is that I don't know if my lawyer will ask me more additional fees after I sign it. Can I sign it?
