My I-140 was approved based on Outstanding Researcher, and I-485 was received on Nov.1, 2003. 2nd Fingerprint was done two monthly ago. But,we have not seen any desicion made yet. It is normal? Anyone who submited I-485 to NSC around at that time is also waiting for the result? Thanks a lot.
