Seems PERM is very employer specific, and procedures are cearly detailed at LoC website.
After reviewing the documentations of PERM, I feel that an attorney may not help much. You know yourself best!
I am thinking of doing PERM by myself and together with my employer.
Is it practical? Did any body do this? Would attorney's experience matter much?
