I am H1B holder and just doing the transfer to another company(have not receive INS 797-approved notice yet, only has the received notice). I have to travel to Canada for 3 days and come back to US again. Do I need to apply H1B visa again or I can come back with my I-94 since it is within 30 days? Please notice I am now during my H1B transfer period. Thanks.
