本人目前持H-1B从事IT工作，I-485 Pending在name check. 有EAD CARD。公司将要进行裁员，请问以下几个问题，恳请得到大家的帮助，谢谢先了。第一，若不幸被裁，有多久的合法时间可以用来找下一份工作，第二，若找不到新工作，是否将要失去合法身份，第三，有没有什么其它什么Legal 渠道可以保留我的合法身份，我的H-1B明年初6年到期。D第四，可否用EAD从事别的类型的工作直到I-485获批准。

我知道问题很多，本人不胜感激好心人的热情帮助。谢谢
