I plan go back to china next spring festival for about a month. I have h1b and my wife has h4 status. I got my first h1b visa in Nov. 2001 at shanghai and my wife got it in Jan. 2002, shanghai. we have been stayed in US for several years and never leave this country. my wife and I h status will be valid until Nov. 2007. the question is we don't want take any risk for our return visa application being denied in china. my wife is told we can go to Mexco get our visa. would you tell me the detail such as how long peroid and how many entries the officer will issue to us for h visa? we live at TX.
