I filed the 140 and 485 concurrently based on my nurse immigration,but i can not subbmmit the visascreen on time to the USCIS.So my 485 will be denied very soon.i have two ways to save my stadus here.first i want to withdraw my 485 form the USCIS and sent together with my hu*****and's 485,he filed his 140 for NIW last month still pending now.Or i will make an appointment to US ambassy in Canada,and get H4 visa to re-enter to USA,i have Canada green card.Which way should i choose,any suggestions will be appreciated.
