I got my LC (PERM) and my employer going to filing I-140 and I-485 for me ( EB-2 member of professions w/Adv. degree).
The list of documents for I-140:
1) I-140 form
2) LC
3) evaluation of degree
4) CV
5) Annual report of Univ.
6) letter from employer that they will pay the prevailing wage once I got green card
