I am a H1,and plant to file I-140 for Green card. on part 7 of 1-140 form, I need file in the information of spouse and children. Do I need to provide support documents to USCIS for them. like VISA and I-94. My spouse is a F1, I want to know if it will be a problem for my spouse if I provide the visa information (F1), Because F1 should not have tendency to immigration
