I am working in university holding H1b at the third year. But I got an offer from company recently. So I need to transfer my H1b visa from non-profit university to profit company. My question is, if I need to apply for a new H1 visa or just transfer, that is, what difference between TRANSFER AND NEW APPLICATION?
