I am applying for AP (based on my I-485) because I need make a trip back to China. Now, I have two questions:

1) What is the meaning of Class of Admission (item 3 in Part 1 in the Form I-131)? H1 or Adjust of Status?

2) What kind of photograph is required? Front view or right side view of the face?
