F1&484pending, Can I get a new F1visa?2005-07-30 03:20:26

I am currently holding F1 visa and 140&485 pending. I need to go to Germany to attend a conference. my question is: Is it difficult to get a new F1 visa to let me come back to US? does the visa official know that i am 485 pending?

I have AP, but I do not want to use it, since my 140 has not been approved.I'm going to apply f1 visa in Germany.
