Offer 1: alerady filed H1B Transfer, not premium processing, gap from old
company is about 6 weeks
Offer 2: better, but what to do with the H1B transfer ?
Questions:
1) Will two H1B tranfer applications effect each other or they will be judged separately ?
2) How to persuade company 2 to file a premium processing for me? I am
working in company 1 now but it takes 2.5 months to get its approval notice so I am thinking for company 2 to file a premium transfer from my old company and there will be about 8--9 weeks gap.
Any suggestion is highly appreciated !
