My EB-1 OR was approved in VSC in June 2004. I filed my I-485 in July 2004
with my medical (Dr's conclusion: No apparent defect) to VSC. FP received
in March 2005. After that, my case is pending there.
(1) The I-485 medical is valid for only one year, that means my I-485 medical
expired this month. Must I take another I-485 medical?
(2) Some one told me the INS extended the validity of 485 medical for those
people who filed 485 and 140 concurrently, but not for people who file 485
after 140 approval, is that true?
