In my RFE letter, CIS requested me to send my Form DS-2019, including photocopies of Form I-797 Approval Notices for extensions and change of status. In fact, I extended my J-1 once through my University. I think only F-1 and H1B extensions need to get CIS’ approval, is it true? How can I respond to this request? Thank you in advance!!!
