Currently I have H1 visa which will be expired in Dec. 2005. My wife applied green-card and her I140 and I485 has been approved in April 05. However, my I485 is pending due to name check. I need to either renew my H1 or apply for EAD to work in US. I prefer to e-file my EAD since it is a lot cheaper than renew H1 due to the stupid rules of my university. Anyone who had efiled EAD by himself? Anything important to remember during that process? Many thanks in advance!
