My lawyer will file PERM application soon. I am a Ph.D. statistician.
The advertisement requires a Ph.D. However, the O*NET -- SOC Ocupation
code for statistician is 3. That means the normal requirement for
statistician is Master. Does it mean that I should answer NO to question
H.12: Are the job opportunity's requirements normal for the occupation?
Does anybody else have similar problem? And how does your lawyer answer
the question?
