I am preparing for my I-140/I-485 filing by EB2 category now.
I am holding a tenure-track assistant professor position at a state univesity. I have two question here
(1) After my labor is approved. Am I qualified to file PR application by EB2 category? I am holding a Ph.D degree. The job advertisement said the job requires a person who is holding a Ph.D. degree.
(2) If I do qualify, what document do I need to prepare?
