I changed my job recently. My new employer filed a H1B transfer for me.
I am at my 6th year of H1B. my new employer wants to start my labor certificate again. I told them that ,per AC21, my I-140 has been approved for more than 180 days, so that I don't need to start my labor certificate again. But, they insist that I start a new labor certificate in case my _485 is denied. Is there anyone who has similar situation?
