I filed H1B transfer 3 months ago. But due to some reason, the case was in HOLD stage. Now I want to cancel the H1B transfer and stay in the original company. Do you know who can cancel the case? Me, or the company that filed the application?

What if the company refused to cancel the H1B transfer but I still want to cancel it?
