I submitted my H1 application on May 5, 2005. But until today, 3 months have passed. I got nothing except a receipt.
I checked the process date at uscis.gov. The process date for H1 is still sticking at April 16 at Vermont service center. But the process dates at the other 3 service centers are one month ahead than that of Vermont center.
What is wrong with Vermont center?
Does anybody here has the same status as me?
It is necessary to submit premium process right now?
By the way, I am in Maryland.
