I am in OPT and working for A company. A
agreed to apply H1B for me. But A was acquired wholly by B company last
week. The new company was named B-A Acquisition, LLC., which will
contigously sponsor me. The forms will be filed next week. My question is: 1.
About company's support letter, if need to introduce all of A, B, and
B-A? 2. If have to attach my Resume on I-129. My Resume is not strong
and my degree (MBA)does not match my job (Accountant) very well. Please advise me.Thank you in advance.
