I am thinking of landing in Canada through Detroit soon but a rumor has been thrown out there for awhile saying US Homeland Security has finished deploying fingerprints-collecting process in all land port of entries including Detroit. Does that mean all foreigners travelling with visas will be asked to leave their finger prints upon coming back from Canada? What's more facinating is that I remember somebody here used to mention people will get a new I-94 with a chip implanted when reentering. You are the man on this board and do you mind making some clarifications here to allow people like me relax a little bit? Thanks a lot.
