My EAD expiration date is Feb.16, 06. TSC. EB3. Does anybody knows:
1) When should I file the renewal application? My lawyer said it can only be filed within 90 days before the expiration date. I want to file as early as possible to make sure I can get it renewed before that date.
2) What would be the effective date on new card? I heard that the new effective date is not necessarily same as old expiration date.
3) What doc. is needed for renewal? Is the process easy? I'm afraid USCIS asks more evidence coz it'll take longer time. Right now I'm working with EAD status.
