I just got a job in a new company and will start the H1B transfer. When I collected documents related to my current H1B,I just found that all of my paychecks were issued under the name of the parent company but the petitioner name,i.e. the subsidiary I am working in is different. Actually, all employees in the company receive the paychecks written by the parent company and people are working in the same location. In this case, will the USCIS check my current employer and/or ask for re-filing? What can I do to solve this w/o the involvement of my current employer? Is there any other problem for this case? Really appreciate your thoughts.
