请教ImmCanada:

1. is digital photo taken by photo studio ok for immigration visa?

2. I plan to land and then come back to US, but some people said that I can not tell the officer about returning to US, otherwise the officer will not apply the Maple card for me. I want them to send the card to my relative in Canada.
Should I lie and tell the officer at port of entry that I will not come back to US?
