anyone has experience of submit spouse's 485 after primary applicant submitted 485 frist.
here is my situation:
i submitted my 485 application after 140 was approved at 6/2005 without including my hu*****and. he was under F1 at that time. and unfortunately he had a family medical emergency need travel back to china to take care. so we couldn't include him. I will have my FP done this friday. and He will come back to USA under H4 visa sunday. then we are planning to file his 485 monday.
is there anyone has some situation such as submit 485 seperated? what would happened to both case? is there possibility his will get approved seperated since he still need to wait for FP?
