For example if the visa is valid 3/05 thru 3/06 and the person comes to US in 4/05 getting to stay 6 months. Can she reenter US in 11/05 after going back to China in10/05 without reapplying for visa? If so, will she be getting another 6 months stay for this 2nd entry?
Any real cases on this issue are welcome.
