我有一关于B1到永久居民的问题。
我是美国公民。 现在我的未婚妻(中国籍)正在美国考察(她的签证是B1)。 我想根她在美马上结婚。问题是结婚后她是否必须马上回中国去等移民签证， 还是可以在美直接调整身份(从B1转成永久居民)？ 谢谢！

I have a question regarding changing B1 visa to a permanent resident status in US here.
I am an US citizen and my fiancée (A Chinese citizen) is now visiting US on B1 visa. We are thinking that we can get married right away here in the States. The question I have is whether she has to go back to China immediately to wait for her immigration visa after we’ve got married here or she can wait for adjustment to the permanent residency (PR) here in US.
