Hi, Buddy, please give opinion about my NIW. my background: post doc; Ph.D. in organic chemistry, research field ---anti-cancer drug design, synthesis and evaluation. 25 papers, 17 first author,I will have another 6 papers soon. 10 conference abstracts, 50 citation, one of conference abstract highlighted in C&EN, local newspaper report, one invited review, one invited paper.
