I am planning to apply i-140/i-485 cocurrently at VSC, can I? Filling by myself, still waiting for the last one recommendation letter. In addition, somebody told me that I need fill form I-864, but I read the instruction, I think it is not for NIW category. Has anyone filled I-140/I-485 recently? Would you share your experience? Deeply appreciate you gugs!
