I am in San Jose CA. My attorney sent my petition package to CSC last Thursday (8/25), and package was delivered to CSC on 8/26 morning. My petition is for 2005 cap with premium. Then I checked the postings here, and noticed that my petition should be sent to Vermont center. The worst thing is my attorney is out of town for this week, and I am on my own for now. Will CSC return my petition, or they will process it for 06 cap? In case they return my petition, how long will it take to get the petition package? I need to count days for this whole process, since my offer's validity is based on this H1 visa. Please help. Thanks a lot in advance.
