I had b2 visa and came to the U.S in 1995, then changed to F1 then H1, now I am waiting for GC, filed 485 for a while.
I invited my mom who is in Beijing to visit me and she went to the embassy for three times within one year but couldn't get the visa.
first time, she was told that since I came here with b1 but never went back so she won't qualify for the visa.
second time, she was told that the situation still the same so she won't qualify.
third time, she was told since she was rejected by twice, so they won't change the decision.
need advise from someone has the similar experience but finally parents got visa.
