I have just got an e-mail notice that my I140 was approved yesterday. NIW, NSC, DIY. Regarding the long RFE, I posted all the questions (3 pages, a very common letter which can be sent to everybody) two months ago in this forum, and got many nice advices. After carefull preparation, I submitted additional evidence on 8/23/05 and I got the approval notice today. Thank you very much for all the help and supports from all unknown friends from this forum. I'm considering to post the RFE again and the list of my additional evidence (RFE) for your information after removing the refees'names. Although this application process lasted for a year, the actual process lasted for more than 3 years after I switched to H1b, and I failed two times in RIR due to my transfer (institution change) and policy change, one of my labor certificate application is still pending for ever. My feeling is nobody know you more than youself, so a lawyer is not always necessary. Since I can make it, you can make it too. Good luck to everyone.
