Suppose most coming here should be capable of reading some English, why don't u guys goto the website of Dept of State and study the archived Visa Bulletin available from mid 1990s?
It may need only a couple of months to jump over retrogression of several years, especially for EB-1 and Eb-2. This can be easily digged out. Don't scare urself and crush to those lawyers they won't tell u this such that they can get the full retainer as early as by the end of this month.
Come on man. Time to wise yourself up. Hiring a lawyer doesn't mean they are really much better than you, thinking about buying insurance....
