Please help with our case:

Assistant professor applies under NIW, and support letters are ready. Attorney agreed to file both I140 and 485 before Oct. However, he warned that he had 50 other cases to do during the same time, so the quality can be POOR.

Other info:
First year H1B, so can wait five more years before H1B expires, however, really want to go home to see parents. (attorney said that the advantage of filing before Oct is that we can also file AP)

File in a rush OR not?
