Hi, everyone! Is there anyone who can answer the following questions for me?
1)What is the ACCO fastener? is it a must? USCIS also allows the heavy clips,however, what is that?回形针? 燕尾夹? Any Chinese name for it?
2)what kind of tabs should be used to locate item? Any good suggestions for assembling? USCIS didn't clearly specify the assembling.
3)if I-140 is filed concurrently with I-485 and spouse I-485, should I prepare only one cover letter (checklist) for them OR one checklist for each?
