If I have 485 receipt from CIS, then I can apply for EAD and AP. This is beacuse I have the 485 pending status. Then this 485 pending status should also allow me to transfer my 485 from one pending 140 to another pending 140, this transfer does not occupy additional "ming3 e3" since my pending 485 has occupy a "ming3 e3" already. I cannot prove this logic to be wrong myself. Can any one prove this logic to be wrong?
