1999年申请GC。

Scheduling can take several months. Our office in NEW YORK, NY will notify you when they schedule your interview or take other action on your case. 然后今年（2005）3月份受到nyc的ins的面试，我去了，面试官说等两个很快有消息。
然后就一直没有回音。
到了7月中，我收到ins的信，说我没有去面试，case closed，如果要请求reopen case得在1个月内回复。发信日期是6/3，我收到的日期是7/18，一早就过了1个月。
我立刻带着资料到ins去跟他们说我有去面试，garden city 楼下那人，要求我发信去问。所以我改为发信到ins。
现在9月份了，我什么消息都没等到，都不知道我的case如何？
我该怎办？
