I have a question:
I filed 140 in June but did not concurrently file 485. I thought I could do it later after the 140 approved. I checked my 140 form and I did not check the "I-485 filing concurrently" box. I wonder if I can and how to do it: should I just send the 140 receipt and other document or I need a checklist? Thanks in advance.
