1.装订要求中的底部index tab,在哪可以买到,我只看到侧面的tab?
2. I am concurrently filing I-140 and I-485. I am gonna to put each application in a separate file and mail them in one big envelope. Do I need to put one copy of passport and employment letter in each file? Am I supposed to include a photocopy of my I-140 form in my I-485 file? OR a duplicate I-140 form?
3.Should my hu*****and's I-485 be separate from my I-485 by rubber band or binde clip and put two I-485 in the same file?
4.这个问题我已经问过,可是仍然不确定,哪位好心人可以指点一下.怎么确定自己的头衔对应的I-140中的SOC Code. 我查了Department of Labor网站,但是相似title的SOC 相差很多,我拿不准,这个Code 重要吗? 我是NIW申请.
5. For I140 concurrently filed with I-485, what is Alien number? Shoud I just put N/A?
