Dear friends:

After I got I140 approved notice (NIW), I filed I485 for our family and I824 for my spouse last month. We received receipts of I485 but not I824. And I just got ASC appointment Notice for biometrics. Our problems are: my kid and I are here and my spouse in China. But USCIS scheduled we three doing biometrics here. My spouse can’t get visa to be here. How can I ask them to change my spouse to do biometrics in China?
Does anyone have similar experience before? Advices are greatly appreciated!
