My case: submitted regular LC in 2003 summar, pending, in backlog center. Currently in the process to file PERM (a non-identical job).

Due to the current visa quota shortage, will I be better off to give up PERM and stay with my old case of regular LC?

Any comments or suggestions are welcome. Thank you very much.
